How does the process work?

How many screens can I setup in my location?

You can setup as many TVs as you require.

Does one media player license cover all TVs in a location?

We will issue an individual license per each of our media players.

How often can I change my menus and prices?

You can rest assure, knowing that you are in complete control. You are free to make changes any time, as you require.

Can I have different menus, such as breakfast, lunch and dinner?

Yes, we can design all the menus you need. We can setup each individual media player with a specific menu for a specific time of the day.

 

Do I need internet to run my screens?

Our media players are designed to store content on the device’s internal memory, this allows each device to continue to cycle through content without the need of internet.

How long will it take to install?

This depends, totally on how quickly we receive all the details that we need to create your menu/signage designs, you review these, request changes and give your approval.

Once the TVs are installed on the desired location(s), how quickly can the menus/signage be displayed on them?

The installation of our media players will be performed by one of our experts in a matter of hours.

How many items on the menu?

20-25 items per menu is recommended for optimum design layout, look, images and functionality.

What if my restaurant menu has over 100 items, including details, how many TVs will I need?

Four (4) TVs will work best.

How many rotating/interchangeable menus can I have per TV?

It is recommended to have no more than two menus rotating per screen, with the exception of images, specials and/or event details.

Can I install my menus on multiple devices?

Yes, we can certainly setup any or all your menus, special offers, featured items on a single of multiple TVs.

Do you offer TV installation?

We can refer experienced, independent installers for your convenience.

How often can I make changes?

You can make any/all changes, any time you require. Simply gives us a call and one of our experts will assist you whenever you need it.

Is there a multi device discount?

Yes, call us today and one of our experts will assist you and go over our promotions.

What type of tv can I use?

Our media players allow the use any brand and size TV.

Do I need to use a smart TV?

No, any standard flatscreen TV, with an HDMI input will work.

What are your support hours?

You work 7 days a week and so do we. For your convenience, we are available to help you with any support questions, every day from 9am to 9pm EST.
